1. About us

These terms apply to all sales made through aponiacbd.co.uk. The website and online shop are operated by Aponia CBD Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number [Companies House No.], with registered office at [Registered office address, United Kingdom]. Our VAT registration number is [VAT No.]. You can contact us by email at sales@aponiacbd.co.uk.

2. These terms

By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms. We may change these terms from time to time and will publish the most current version on this page. The terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

3. The products

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product images are for illustrative purposes; the appearance of the product you receive may vary slightly. We reserve the right to update product formulations, packaging or specifications.

All products are submitted to the UK Food Standards Agency Public List of regulated novel foods (FSA application reference [RP-XXXX]). Independent batch certificates of analysis are supplied with every order and are available on request.

4. Eligibility to order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are not pregnant or breastfeeding, are not taking prescribed medication that may interact with cannabidiol, and that you are ordering for personal use within the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

5. Orders and payment

Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Prices shown are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is collected via a secure payment link sent by email after you submit your order. No payment is taken at the time of submission.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free and typically arrives within 2–3 working days of payment. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For full delivery information see our Shipping policy.

7. Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@aponiacbd.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Goods must be returned unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging; for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened CBD oil. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Faulty or damaged goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Photographic evidence of the fault may be requested.

9. Important safety information

  • The Food Standards Agency recommends healthy adults consume no more than 10 mg of CBD per day from food supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
  • Not suitable for persons under 18, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are taking prescribed medication or have a medical condition.
  • CBD may affect the metabolism of certain medicines and may produce a positive result on a workplace drug test.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant goods.

11. Privacy and cookies

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Use of cookies on this website is governed by our Cookie Policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us at sales@aponiacbd.co.uk and we will work with you to reach a fair resolution. Under the Online Dispute Resolution Regulation, EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform; following Brexit this primarily applies to consumers in the EU/EEA.

13. Governing law

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
