1. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, email us at sales@aponiacbd.co.uk with your order number, or use the model cancellation form below. You must inform us of your decision within the 14-day window. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
2. Condition of returned goods
For hygiene, safety and food-supplement traceability reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Once the security seal on a CBD oil bottle has been broken we are unable to resell the product, and you lose the statutory right to cancel for that item.
You are responsible for ensuring returned goods reach us in good condition. We recommend a tracked delivery service.
3. Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
4. Refunds
We will refund the price you paid for the goods (and the original outbound delivery charge, if any) within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving evidence that you have returned them, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Where the goods are returned in a condition that has reduced their value (for example, the outer packaging is damaged), we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect that loss in value.
5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item:
- contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement;
- we may ask for photographs of the issue and, where relevant, the batch number printed on the bottle;
- we will arrange a free pre-paid return where appropriate.
6. Allergies and adverse reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, stop using it and contact us at sales@aponiacbd.co.uk with your order number, batch number and a description of the reaction. Where the report indicates a quality issue, we will arrange a refund or replacement and investigate the batch.
